Gel Band, Color Meanings DNA Sequencing Question (Sanger Method)?

DNA Sequencing Question (Sanger Method)? - gel band, color meanings

In the sequencing reaction adideoxyDNA, Jessica M. made a mistake and adds 100% ddTTPand 0% dTTPinstead standard rate of 5% ddTTPand dTTP 95%. Compared to a normal reaction of the sequencing, we expect that the products of the sequencing of Jessica when they run on a gel-sequencing to include a ladder sequence (streaks in the sequencing gel), the following:

(A) Normal.
(B) is not normal. Sequencing of the entire T-bands are missing
(C) abnormal. The sequence of steps in which the A, G, C, and the bands are gone
(D) abnormal. Scale very short sequence of a few bands on the bottom of the gel
(E) abnormal. Very long sequence of steps, with additional bands above the freezing point
